Meal Plan and Grocery List 11/10-11/16

I just did an inventory on my basement freezer. I’ve got some steaks, some roasts, a couple packages of stew meat, a few packages of hamburger, a cut up chicken, marinated duck breasts, a giant turkey, frozen leftover soups, frozen pulled pork, and big bag of tater tots. So…look for these in my meal plans over the next couple of weeks. And don’t forget to take inventory of what you have before making your own personalized meal plans.

Meal Plan for November 10th-16th

Tuesday November 11th
Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Wednesday November 12th

Okay so here's my question. When do you grocery shop. Is it always on Mondays or do you go on Sunday night after you make your list?

Krista I just made my grocery list. This is the first time I will be cooking with you all week. So when do I check back in tomorrow to get the low down on how to make the beef stir fry and rice.

Usually I grocery shop on Monday afternoons during pre-school. That way I only have one munchkin in the cart. A bonus- the store seems less crowded at that time of day too.

I'm excited that you'll be cooking with me all week! I look forward to hearing some feedback. I had gotten ahead of the meal plan and was able to post earlier in the day a couple of weeks ago, but now I'm back to cooking the dinner and then posting after the kiddos are in bed. Since you'll actually be cooking with me...I'll email you the recipe. Check your inbox later tonight.
