I admire your ability to be so organized and have a meal plan. I just fly by the seat of my pants;D
Thank you for your kind comments.
I'm all over that bacon mac and cheese! Looks like a great week!
You are so much better organized than me :-). It looks like your family is in for a week of great meals. I stopped by just to say hello but ended up exploring some of your posts. I really like what you are doing here and will be back often.
I did very well last week on my menu plan. I actually came out a day ahead, as we were invited out, so i have only 6 days to plan... Going to the big box store I found here today, and a trip to the real grocery store tomorrow and I don;t think I have to make another trip...
Now I need to work on useing all of the ingredients I buy so I don;t have to toss spoiled produce... This 6 month adventure is making me improve.
My corned beef and cabbage are cooking away in the crock pot as I type. It smells soooooooo good! Enjoy your St. Patrick's Day and come join me for Crock Pot Wednesday if you can. I love carmelized onions on anything...well, maybe not chocolate cake!
I am sooooo making that creamed cabbage. It sounds fab!! Loooove creamed cabbage but have never made it, til now.
