I'm back home for two whole weeks! I'm excited to be in my own kitchen and cooking again. I had a long 4 hour drive this afternoon to work on the meal plan for the next two weeks. I borrowed some cookbooks from my mom for some fresh inspiration and I can't wait to try some new recipes. Here's the plan for the week:

OH NO! Isn't Father's Day the following week?!! Gotta go grab my calendar.... if it's next weekend, I better get moving with something special for my hubby (and my father in law will be here, too!) AHH!
