Looks like lots of tasty things planned for this week! I'm glad to see the popper chicken is on there again. We love it too and I my husband requests it a lot. My friend Arlene is looking for short rib recipes and I thought of you right away. If you have a favorite, or even a couple of favorites please send them her way. Here is her link: http://arlene-thefoodoflove.blogspot.com/2010/10/bistro-style-short-ribs.html

P.S. Gotta go play catch up. I've been having the hardest time trying to find time to comment lately. Hope you're doing good!

I love me some spaghetti squash. I have one sitting on my counter right now waiting to be dosed with pesto from my freezer! Can't wait to see yours!

MMM I would love the recipe for that short rib chili. We are on a quest to find the best chili. We have made one so far and I wasn't too impressed, and I have another one on the meal plan this week. Yours sounds so tasty! I love short ribs :)
