That's so funny that you're doing short ribs this week - that's on my agenda for tomorrow! Are you grilling or slow roasting?

I put mine under the broiler for about 10 minutes this morning, then into the crock pot with a hoisin based sauce. Can't wait to see how they turn out tonight!
