Just a couple of notes about the meal plan this week: The rain is supposed to finally stop here by Thursday (thank goodness!). Consequently, in the latter half of the week, all dinners will be prepared AND possibly eaten on the deck. Also, while laying by the pool at the Monte Carlo, Las Vegas, I discovered the Food Network magazine. I know, it's like I live under a rock or something... Anyway, I was drooling over the recipes (not the cabana boy) and marking the pages with post-its like crazy (yes, I take my post-its to the pool, what of it?!). As a result, 3 of the recipes on this week's meal plan are from the August/September issue of Food Network magazine. If you like them, I'm featuring two more recipes from the very same issue next week, so stay tuned!
