Blog Improvements and The Meal Plan and Grocery List 3/8- 3/14

Some friends of Krista's Kitchen on Facebook have recently made some good helpful requests for improvements to this blog. First, a project that I've had on my mind for some time now, printable recipes. All of my future posts will now include a link to the printable version of the featured recipe at the bottom of the post. In the next few weeks, I also hope to include printable recipes for all past posts as well.

For example, on my last post, Thai Beef Meatballs with Peanut Dipping Sauce.

Just scroll to the end of the post and you'll find this message:

To print this recipe just click here!

Go ahead and give it a try! You even have the option to email to a friend. : )

The next request I received on my Facebook page was from my friend, Kathryn. She wrote: I just searched your website for an email newsletter subscription list. Do you have one and I'm missing it? I would love to have your shopping list emailed to me. :)

Starting tomorrow, I will email a weekly newsletter complete with the meal plan, grocery list, and a helpful hint or two. To sign up, just click the link on my top left side bar "click here to join" and you'll find my newsletter in your inbox once a week. If you already subscribe to my RSS feed, you still need to click the link to receive the newsletter. Technicalities...geesh.

If you have suggestions, I'd love to hear what you're thinking. Join in the conversation on Facebook or send an email to krista@kristaskitchen.com

  2. Can I ask where you found the code (or whatever the language is) to do the "print recipes" feature. I'd love to be able to add it to my blog as well.
