One of the many benefits to regular meal planning is that you don't have to re-invent the wheel every time. If you save the old meal plans, you can just pull one out when you don't have the time (or inspiration) to look up recipes and make a new plan. This week, I'm featuring recipes that I prepared in October and November re-mixed into the following plan. Since all of the links are provided, I won't be posting about dinner every night. Instead, I'll be posting every day about some of my other cooking endeavors. This week's posts will include dark chocolate pudding, how to make your own roasted red peppers, vegetable soup, ice cream snowmen, and even a refrigerator cleaning tutorial. All of that and I still need to catch up on the weekend posts, so in the next few days, look for Chicken Cacciatore and some pictures from my beautiful baby's birthday party.
