Meal Plan and Grocery List 1/5- 1/11 2009

Greetings friends and Happy New Year! My suitcases still sit unpacked and there are toys awaiting assembly in the toy room, but today I sat down and made plans for our next week of meals. Mostly out of necessity, the refrigerator and pantry were looking pretty bare. After a two week break, I'm ready to start cooking again and due to certain resolutions (Curvy is starting to look more like chubby. Alas, no more tossing down cheese balls and Christmas cookies with reckless abandon.) it will be nice to know approximately how many calories I'm taking in.
