It's nice to be back in a post-holiday groove. I'm loving the meals that came out of my kitchen last week and I'm looking forward to another week of good (and somewhat healthy) eatin'. Next weekend we'll have 9 out of town guests visiting to celebrate the baby's birthday, so the meal plan is a little different than usual. Friday night we'll probably go out and show them the town.
