Meal Plan and Grocery List December 8-14th

I'm excited about this week's meal plan. I'm featuring my first guest cook on Tuesday. My friend, Nick, prepared Fettuccine with Grilled Chicken and Lemon Cream Sauce and volunteered to share it here on Krista's Kitchen. In addition, we're having Mexican twice this week. Chimichangas and Fajitas. I love that!

1 lb. fettuccine noodles
6 oz. pkg long grain and wild rice mix
brown sugar

1 cup fat free half and half
2 cups heavy cream
shredded cheddar
1/2 c. Parmiggiano-Reggiano cheese (or just Parmesan)
