I've also never boiled wings first, but I guess that's to boil off some of the fat?? Interesting. I made a new wing for Super Bowl too. I'll probably tweak it further as I remake it, but they were yummy & The Cajun loved them!!Mary | Deep South Dishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06030573009618096220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-88546615014960445802011-02-07T08:43:41.733-05:002011-02-07T08:43:41.733-05:00Yummy looking :)Yummy looking :)Priyankahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01722518112265072571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-74252940381572126412011-02-07T01:19:39.888-05:002011-02-07T01:19:39.888-05:00Everything is better fried! All the chefs I know are constantly telling me it is the best thing to fry in for flavor.Leah Beyerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14196975840269617794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-50403832730708047612011-02-07T01:15:29.949-05:002011-02-07T01:15:29.949-05:00It's so great that the baked turned out just a...It's so great that the baked turned out just as yummy as the fried! I am crazy for wings but they have to be crispy. I tried making them at home once but wasn't happy with the results. I'll have to try your recipe. ;) Have a wonderful week!theUngourmethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02433513087823589129noreply@blogger.com
