I thought about halving the recipe, but I went ahead and made the whole batch. My husband and I both LOVED it! I am so glad I made the whole thing because we both had an easy leftover lunch today ;)Noellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13828082191822026257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-78381598063311002372010-02-23T09:14:49.793-05:002010-02-23T09:14:49.793-05:00Not like Skyline Chili??? Skyline is one of those things you either love or hate, and if you didn't grow up with it, it does seem a bit odd. I, personally, LOVE it, but then again, I am an Ohioan by birth. I have a great home recipe for it, too! I do have to argue the Steak and Shake chile reference though. Ew. I can't even put those two in the same ball park. I'm glad you tried cincinnati chili again and had such a good experience!Ty'sMommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14227042503847495503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-31336059441639584612010-02-22T19:27:06.493-05:002010-02-22T19:27:06.493-05:00Hmmm..I'm still on the fence about pasta and c...Hmmm..I'm still on the fence about pasta and chili together but I do love the sounds of the rest of it! Love all the heady spices. Your skillet cincinnati chili with spaghetti looks delicious. I could really devour some right now, but I'm trying to be good!Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08731435798319897025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-44039411517814219172010-02-22T08:14:43.832-05:002010-02-22T08:14:43.832-05:00Heidi,

They were subtle enough to enhance and not offend. Let me know whatcha think if you try it. : )Kristahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01040440819331738594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-41293208753698199742010-02-22T07:26:29.001-05:002010-02-22T07:26:29.001-05:00Looks great! I figured you had to go to Cincinnati to try the original that everybody raves about & knew the chances of me doing that were pretty low. I'm keeping this one!Mary | Deep South Dishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06030573009618096220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7567180230330055569.post-77741494750974797722010-02-21T22:21:11.729-05:002010-02-21T22:21:11.729-05:00Oh wow, I just made Cincinnati chili for the first...Oh wow, I just made Cincinnati chili for the first time tonight!
